The Tree Council’s national schools programme team have kindly extended an invite to attend a free webinar organised with project partners, The Orchard Project. The event is being held to support schools who received trees through the Orchards for Schools project , in caring for their young orchard trees and hedgerows.
The webinar will explain how to care for fruit trees and hedgerows and how to inspire and engage the wider community. The webinar will be presented by The Tree Council and expert Lewis McNeill from The Orchard Project.
Whilst it is aimed at schools, we know that many volunteers are involved in supporting their local schools and so we hope that this event will be of interest. For anyone who cannot make the event, it will be recorded and made available on The Tree Council website at a later date.
